• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM (Late check-out available upon request and subject to a fee and availability).
• ID Requirement: Valid photo identification (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License) matching the booking name is required at check-in.
• Luggage Storage: Complimentary storage is available at the main office at 168 Granby Place for early arrivals or late departures. Extended storage beyond 12 hours after check-out may incur a €10 fee.

Booking Extensions
Guests may request to extend their stay, subject to availability. Written confirmation is required, and rates may vary from the original booking.

House Rules
• Cleanliness: Please maintain the apartment in good condition. Damages or cleanliness issues must be reported promptly. Additional cleaning fees or damage charges may apply if necessary.
• Non-Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A €200 penalty will be charged for violations.
• No Parties: Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed. A €200 fee will apply for violations, and law enforcement may be contacted.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted unless previously approved in writing. If approved, a €500 deposit and €200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Lost Keys: A €200 fee will be charged for key replacements.
• Waste Disposal: Please follow waste disposal instructions provided in the apartment. Use appropriate bins or purple bags for recycling, general waste, and glass.
• Energy Use: Utilities are included in your rate, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy and use appliances responsibly.

Cancellation and Modifications
The accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to suspected fraud, booking errors, or exceptional circumstances.

Maintenance & Guest Support
• Reporting Issues: Maintenance concerns should be reported immediately. They will be prioritized and resolved as quickly as possible.
• Complaints: Formal complaints should be submitted via email. Every effort will be made to resolve the issue, and compensation or service alternatives may be offered in some cases.
• Power or Water Disruptions: Minor or temporary interruptions due to external factors do not warrant rate reductions unless caused by proven negligence.

Damages Policy
• What Counts as Damage: Includes physical damage, stains, broken appliances, wall marks, pet-related issues, and unauthorized modifications. General wear and tear is not considered damage.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged for repairs or lost revenue if the apartment becomes unavailable.
• Reporting: All damages should be reported promptly to avoid further liability.
• Mattress/Bedding: Guests will be responsible for any fouling or damage to mattresses and bedding.
