Unsere Wohnung befindet sich auf der 3. Obergeschoss, 79qm und hat alles, was eine Familie oder andere Reisende brauchen würde. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 50m vom "Koum Kapi Strand" entfernt und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Altstadt, die Villa Koundouros und den kleinen Park. Sie erreichen alles zu Fuß, der alte Hafen und der Hauptmarkt von Chania sind nur 500 m entfernt.
Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und ein Morgen auf unserem Balkon mit Kaffee bleibt unvergessen.

You are right too, when you write about the location of the apartement! I have a problem and I can't share your opinion about the "picture showing the ocean as a minor point"!
We never said or wrote in our Apartment description something about ocean view, we write with "view to the sea and the old town of Chania" and I am sure you get this view, when you are in the balcony of the apartement! The main photo is a normal photo, because we have every Friday a cruise ship in the old harbor of Chania and you can see it from our balcony much better than in the main photo!
