Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Be sure to sweep up crumbs , broom can be found behind garbage can. Mop up spills , mop can be found next to dryer in laundry room.
Place used towels inside of washing machine and leave lid open Place used bedding on laundry room floor , smaller bedding may be placed inside of hamper
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes Keep front and back door closed, Do not leave food or trash on patio or porch ,If you drop food or spill liquids please clean it up
Staying more than 1 week Keep tub clean and free of debris cleaning crew can visit after first 10 days and they'll come again after your departure
Use bath towels for bathing only All furniture must remain indoors Do not climb or sit on porch railings (4 chairs available for sitting on porch)

We had a lovely stay here. The house was very clean. The Front was fenced of wich made us feel better about the neighborhood. They provided everything we needed for our weekend stay.

This house was definitely older so with my kids who aren't the most quiet it was a little noisy when we walked around. That being said it was still great for us. Plenty of room, listing was good. The only issue I had was the kitchen wasn't exactly what I call fully stocked. We didn't have any measuring cups and a couple of other things that might have been handy. So if you plan on cooking a lot I would double check to make sure they have what you need.We have a little issue with the door when we arrived but the owner was so incredibly quick to help and very kind. The door was just a little finicky and needed a special touch to open but we quickly got the hang of it. Overall it was a good stay and close by to downtown and the zoo.

Our stay was good overall. The place was clean and well decorated. The owner/manager responded quickly if there were any issues. Only issues were the flooring was coming unglued in a few areas and a mouse was in the home.Once Maggie found out she was right on getting the issue corrected.

Hello there, Thank you for your feedback it is truely appreciated! We apologize that you had to encounter a mouse. We work very hard to keep the rental rodent and insect free! We have an excellent cleaning crew and everyone compliments them! Pest control comes on a monthly basis and we do weekly inspections ourselves to check for property damages, exposure etc. No one has ever mentioned a mouse so it has to be a recent breach and we appreciate your honest feedback. We take this very seriously and we have met with our team to put together an action plan. Food is not kept on the premises, only guests bring food. We always ask guests to keep entry doors closed , keep yard free of trash, clean up spills and food during their stay. We also ask that guests keep the patio furniture covered so that the patio furniture is not left exposed to weather. However to no avail these are issues that we battle and the ultimate price is unwanted guests. Thanks again for choosing us for your stay, it was truely a pleasure to host you and your family.
