We only stayed one night but honestly this place was immaculately clean, had a full stocked kitchen, a walk out deck for beautiful views. Wish we had booked a longer stay.

I stayed for 1 week in this apartment. This was a nice, affordable building in a questionable area of MPLS. Being somewhat city street-smart, I overall felt safe in the building and my apartment. I would not feel safe walking around that neighborhood, especially at night. There was a police car placed in the intersection 1 block down from the building with the lights on the entire time, without a policeman in the car. We went for dinner on a Friday evening and returned to the building with 4 police cars within the block with their lights on. The actual apartment was overall clean, although I would recommend some attention is needed to clean the doors, the walls, and the cabinets of the unit - they need a good wipe-down! I do need to report the building halls and elevators continuously had a really bad smell. We did see someone cleaning the elevators, but it had limited effectiveness. I did pay for a guest, but only received 1 fob to access the building and apartment - which was somewhat troublesome attempting to coordinate access in/out of the apartment and the building. I would highly recommend paying for parking, if it is not included with the price. All that being said, I would stay here again! I think it is an adequate, affordable option to stay in the city. The building amenities were really nice - the community and business rooms and gym were meticulously clean and barely used.

My husband and I were there for the Vikings/Bengals game :( , the location was perfect, neighborhood didn’t look the best but it didn’t bother us much. Main concern was the safety of where we had to park (a little sketchy lot, behind a store) the unit was very comfy! Balcony was a little added bonus for morning coffee and our conversation, the queen size mattress can definitely be replaced! I would book unit again because of location!
