I enjoy hosting and want the guests to enjoy their stay in this beautiful southern Georgia home. The 4 acres is just enough space to kick back and escape the hectic in town atmosphere. If you want a peaceful place to escape for a a few days,weeks or months this is the place. Amenities are a few miles.

Why they chose this property

When drive into the driveway off of the dead end road you are greeted by the the pond and lovely scenery. The house is situated at the back of the property. If entering for the back door you will enter the heated and air-conditioned sun room with washer and dyer. From the sunroom you will enter the sitting room with fireplace. To you left is eat in kitchen and walk in pantry. To the right is the master bath and bedroom and on the left side of the hallway is the two bedrooms that share the second bathroom. Going straight thru the fireplace room you enter the formal dining room and living space with piano. The house is set up to enjoy the open space. It truly a peaceful place to rest and unwind. It is ideal for a business trip, vacation or work travel contract.

The property is 2400 square foot, it is on a quite dead end road. The house sits back from the road. Close to amenities. If you love the outdoors and the sounds of nature or need to unwind from stress this is the place.
