The room was great and spacious and worked fine for me. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well outfitted. A kitchen unit with zero pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. might as well not have a kitchen. As far as being pet friendly. This hotel had a very small green turf pad with poop bags and a small greenspace in a drainage area for pottying/exercising. I was given a second floor room closer to the elevator than the stairs and easier to access from the lobby than from other exterior exits. While my dog handled all of the above perfectly fine, these details matter sometimes. For me, it meant I left my crate in the car, because it was one more thing I did not want to haul up and down. For my dog, who can be a bit nervous, it meant a little more stress, like when we ended up with full luggage and dog in the elevator alongside cleaning cart and staff on our way to check out...a situation that almost made me wait for the elevator to be empty as it was small already, and quite full with all of that.
