Cozy airy house, located in a gated community 5 minutes walk from the beach of Cocanha, garage for up to 3 small cars, barbecue, pizza oven, 2 hammocks, 2 suites and 1 bedroom, 1 toilet + 1 bathroom, 1 shower in external part. NOTE: 1- Electrical part all 220V, but the voltage transformer available for appliances 110V, which perhaps the guests want to take 2-ALL SUITES AND ROOM AIR CONDITIONING!
