Garden Apartment on Jones Street! King Bed, Shared Courtyard, Easy Free Parking On- Street.
Do not pay for upgrades you do not need! If all you really need is a great location and you do not need remodeled modern finishes to make you happy this could be a great fit.
Full Bath and Kitchen. This apartment is on the street level of a Savannah Grey Brick townhouse in the Historic District. There is a King bed in the bedroom, a TV in both bedroom and living room, a comfortable dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and even a shared (with the main house) courtyard out the back door. Amazing value for a large apartment in a prime location! King bed in bedroom, Rollaway Cot and a 4th person may sleep on the sofa. Bathroom located next to bedroom, accessible from hallway without walking through bedroom (great setup if someone is sleeping in the living room). Nice new Washer and Dryer in unit.
Please note, at some point last century the wall on the West side of the house which originally had arched openings into a side garden was fully bricked in to make a solid wall. Therefore 2 of the main windows in the apartment look out into a bricked-in corridor instead of onto the street. This makes for a very sound sleeping environment in the very dark bedroom! But it also cuts back on natural light in the unit. This is part of the reason the rate on this rental is 'budget friendly'. We do not want guests to be unpleasantly surprised when they look out the West facing windows, so we are disclosing this information to consider before booking.

This is a budget property that has all the essentials but it also has real issues. The apartment is dark and dank. Every window is blocked so there is no natural light—at all. It is clean as long as you don’t look too close. My biggest issue is that I didn’t feel very safe staying there. As a woman traveling alone it’s important to me. The back door has a pathetic handle lock and shows signs of past forced entry. Thought it has a metal security door it’s lock would be easy to reach in and turn, making the door useless. The redeeming feature is the quiet and walkable neighborhood and great location. I would not choose to stay here again.
Loved this apartment! It was the perfect, romantic getaway for our 1 year wedding anniversary. It had just the right amount of modern updates while still maintaining classic Savannah charm. The king sized bed was a must-have and very comfortable too! Thanks for the wonderful stay!
Not walking distance to old North Section but close enough to be a 3-4 minute drive. Very easy to hit Riverfront, Tybeeand Wormsloe. Minutes from many historic sites restaurants and shopping.

Jones Street is walkable to the “north section” for people who like to walk. Potential guests can use a map to see the walking distances it’s half a mile to one mile to basically any downtown destination. Of course you can clock many more steps zig zagging around to multiple places. But yes, driving 3 minutes is also an option for tourists who do not wish to walk too much. Quiet, comfortable apartment, staying here was much more relaxing and private than a hotel. The area is beautiful and within walking distance to so much. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to return to Savannah!
Solid stay for the weekend in this beautiful little town! Walked everywhere, lots of great restaurants and shops just down the road! There’s a huge iPad showing attractions and such nearby that was a great visual! Thanks for a sun stay!
Very clean and great location. Loved that the bedroom was so dark, we slept great every night. Not many forks(3) but we managed. Everything in great working order. Recommend for a couple.
We absolutely loved staying here. So close to everything. Love walking the streets day and night. One of my favorite city’s. So much History and Architecture, just Love Savannah!! We will definitely come back and try and stay in the same apartment.
Apartment had just what we needed for a nice comfortable stay. We enjoyed the prime location on Jones St to walk everywhere in the historic district and ease of getting in and out on ground level with a stroller. Parking was very easy and convenient. The washer and dryer was nice to have access to. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Savannah.
This apartment was perfect for us. It had all the basic essentials we needed for our short stay. The location was a good 20 minute walk to river street.

The owner has lived in Savannah since the 80's and has strong ties to the community here, is involved with the St. Patrick's Day parade and other city events. He loves going to the 1790 pub. His Irish and Scottish ancestors were some of the original settlers in the low country (in South Carolina).
