The condo itself was very nice, and well stocked with the necessities. It could use a vacuum cleaner, or at least a broom and dust pan so that it would be easier to clean up sand, dirt, crumbs etc. The only thing there was a dust mop and regular mop. There were 3 bedrooms, but only 2 of them had a tv, so a tv in the extra room would be nice. The cable didn't work on 2 of them, and the wifi and password posted in the room didn't work. When i messaged the owner about it, her son called and i wouldn't say he was rude, but he had a hard time understanding what i was saying the problem was and his words and attitude seemed as though i just didn't know what i was doing. Apparently the 2 bedroom tvs also had cable like the living room, but it wasn't hooked up or something. Anyway, he finally gave me a different wifi name and password which did work, so we could watch tv in those 2 bedrooms using our streaming apps. Also, the owner told us we had to park a good ways away in a paid parking lot. The info on the elevators said it was 6 a day fee, but it was not. We arrived around 10pm on Sunday night and it cost us 60 to park there from then until 11am on Friday. My sister went to the HOA office on Wed and asked why the paid parking fee was more than stated on the info in the elevator, and she was told that we could have bought a pass for he whole week for 50 directly across the street. I'd stay there again, but the owner needs to give better info to new renters
