After 1.5 years under a property management group, we made the decision to self-manage the Snuggly Otter. During our initial run, we consistently earned 5 star reviews from guests. What we realized is that what guests loved was the product of our hard work - just check out some comments from past guests!
"Such a great place!!! Everything is super clean, comfy and designed beautifully. We came at around 10pm for checking in and was so pleasant to see the greeting card and snacks at the foyer! My daughter loves this place so much, we are definitely looking forward to come back and stay more! Thank you!"
