Nestled just outside of city limits, but only a few minutes from the Katy Trail, Missouri State Fairgrounds, historic downtown, dining, and shopping! There's plenty of parking.

Please turn off lights and fans. Turn off portable A/C unit on the second level. Please ensure that oven, stove, and coffee maker are off.
Kitchen and bathroom trash should be placed in outdoor bin next to the rear entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not access any of the outbuildings or the basement.
