Comfortable and functional

We came from Mississippi to Ft. Worth for a horse sale/vacation and stayed for 5 nights. We had several members of our family and because of the layout of the house we were able to spend time together or by ourselves. We had plenty of space to park a 24’ horse trailer and two other vehicles. We had everything we needed at the house and it was minutes from groceries and restaurants. A huge space at a great price.

Needs a cleaning

The outdoor area was very nice. The space was large... the kitchen sink leaked into a pan under it.. the stove oven micro wave and frig needed a good cleaning. The 2nd tv in kids room was not hooked up. The owner however was very polite and helpful.. answered texts or email questions very promptly. Overall we enjoyed our trip but would have liked a merry maid visit prior to our check in.

Spacious property

We liked the size and location of this property quite a bit. Inside is a bit dark, which you might expect as you probably can see from the photos that there are not a lot of windows. We also had to replace several burned out light bulbs when we stayed there. It seems like the house is in the process of being updated, with some fixtures and furniture appearing to be very new, with others clearly being fairly old, including the bed in the master bedroom. That is the reason for the four rather than five stars. That said, the house is huge, and accommodates far more guests than properties at twice the price. The yard is spacious and is outstanding if you are traveling with a dog. The owner is super responsive and helpful.

Large Inexpensive house Outskirts of Arlington

Property is an excellent place to stay for those who don't want to be right in town. We had three dogs and it was the ideal spot for pet owners with a large fenced in yard and plenty of room for them to play. House furnishing were very adequate and comfortable. You are 10-15 minutes from pretty much anything you would want to do but also far enough out that you can see stars in the sky. Outdoor pavilion was a real treat. Would definitely stay here again and will contact Henry everytime business takes me there.

Panther Island

We stayed here for a 4 day weekend attending an event at Panther Island. He said it was 22 mins away from him home when it was really 34 mins away. Also the power turned off in the room I was staying in. Other than that he responded quickly, and the property was nice

Perfect for our needs/wants

Henry was very easy to work with and communicated quickly when I had any questions. We stayed for a softball tournament and it was a great place for team bonding and for us to all stay together. We had an area for a fire pit and a nice "Entertainment Room/Patio" for everyone to hang out in along with plenty of space and beds for everyone. We would definitely come back.

COMFORTABLE AND JUST WHAT WE NEEDED

We had a group of 8 in town for the HS FB State Championship Game and there was plenty of room for all of us. Henry met us at the property and walked us around to show us the house and make sure we had everything we needed. Henry was more than accomodating with our requests and we ended up having a great time. We would all definitely stay there again.

Spacious home lots of room!! Loved the covered patio!! So relaxing

Had family and friends in for the week to do the Cowboy game and sightseeing. Close to everything but still in the country. Henry was a terrific host and very attentive. Will stay again next year if available. Everything was there to meet our needs at the house.

Nice country home with lots of space.

The house is awesome and clean. Love that it’s in the country. This house sleeps 8 but has massive amounts of room. We enjoyed the evening outside in the patio area while we watching the sun go down. I will most likely use this place again.
