Guest will be provided a personal code to self check in. I like giving guest their space but I will be available in case anything comes up. Notify host when you plan to arrive and depart.

Occupancy permitted for registered guests only. No unauthorized visitors/events/social gatherings/loitering.

Pets will be accepted on a case by case basis for responsible pet owners only and require pre- approval and a fee. Guest are required to scoop and discard poop. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when left alone. Heavy shedders are not allowed. Also, please disclose service animals before check in.

Lovely place. Kitchen had all the supplies needed. The couch had a well loved area. There were hand towels in the bathroom when we arrived, was not sure if they were left for us or from the previous renters. The sheets were applied crookedly making us question if they were changed. Good parking, could fit at least 2 cars. Would stay here again.

I’m glad you thought the place was lovely! We’re very meticulous and work hard to make sure every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable stay. There were no hand towels left in the bathroom for this stay, but fresh bath mats were placed in each one, and all bedding was fully changed and prepared for your arrival.
