The space
This is our vacation home and favorite getaway spot, so we know you'll feel the love when you stay here too! While it sleeps 10 comfortably (7 adults & 3 children), per the city of Scottsdale we are only allowed to have up to 7 adults staying at the property.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, front and back yard and the entire home. There is space for 1 car in the garage, 2 cars in the driveway, and any additional cars can park in front of the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes.

We have a keyless entry system with a unique code provided to each of our guests prior to their stay.

FAQ
- Pool Heat: $65/night (Oct–Mar). $400/week. Hot tub always included.
- Early Check-In: Half-day add-on available when calendar permits.
- Late Checkout: Not guaranteed, but ask us!
- Smoking: Not permitted anywhere on property.
- Parties: No hibachi, cabana boys or similar events allowed.
- Guest Verification: To meet local requirements, all guests must complete a secure third-party ID verification within 24 hours of booking.

PETS
We are dog owners and happy to welcome your well behaved four legged friend as well to our lovely home. We do ask that you make sure your dog is well behaved and that you clean up after them in the yard. There is an additional $100 non-refundable fee per dog and for any pet stays. (This does not cover extra cleaning, inside or out, after your pet)
