We had a wonderful time, location of house was close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Less than 10 mins for beaches! Property was clean, safe, and a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out process and the owner was so quick to respond to messages. Would love to come back!

The perfect Florida getaway!

We had an incredible stay at the CoCo Cabana! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—actually better. The home is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully set up for families. The backyard was the highlight for us. The heated pool was crystal clear, the lounge area was private and relaxing, and we spent most of our days floating, grilling, and soaking up the sun. It truly felt like our own little resort. The location is also ideal—just a short drive to the beach, great dining, and grocery stores. It made everything super convenient. Communication with the hosts was outstanding. Jack and Sydney checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this was honestly one of the best. Already looking forward to coming back!

Best Vacation Rental! Best Vacation Ever!

The vacation rental was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful, luxurious, well-kept and very clean. It was like staying at my own 5 star resort. The house has everything you need. A designer kitchen, it’s well decorated, has a magnificent pool lined with palm trees and lounge chairs, a jetted bathtub for soothing aching muscle's and all the amenities you can ask for. There’s also a game room with shuffleboard, foosball, basketball game and video games. That’s a super fun bonus! The location of this rental was ideal as well. It’s close to lots of restaurants as well as shopping. It’s a short drive to multiple award winning powder sand beaches that were just incredible. The location itself was also perfect for exploring everything that the Tampa area offers. I will be back! This was one of the most enjoyable vacations I’ve ever been on.

We loved your house! It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a week stay! The pool was the best! Large, secluded and also very clean! As much as we loved going to the beach, we couldn’t wait to go home to the pool! Special thanks for all the bath towels and beach towels provided!
