Other Things to Note:

The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded.



Free parking on premises + free street parking.



To ensure the Villa is always at its best, our hot tub cleaner will visit the property on Tuesday from 7a.m to 5p.m. They will access the villa without prior notice to the guests.



Propane for Fire Pit:

We do provide propane for the fire pit, but please note that it may occasionally run out. If it does, feel free to message us — we’ll gladly send a replacement as soon as possible. Alternatively, you’re welcome to purchase one nearby, and we’ll reimburse you promptly with a photo of the receipt.



Policies:

- Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing.

- Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so in order to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized.

- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra charge.

- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.



Home rules: 

- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.

- Enforcing the same city rules, there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
