Northwest Greensboro 5 Bed Room House

Welcome to `Bicentennial Breeze`! Named after it`s close proximity to the Bicentennial Greenway as well as the homes relaxed vibe.

Come relax w/ the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. We pride ourselves on keeping our home in immaculate condition and hopefully you will notice that.

Our home opens up to w/ a formal entryway that leads left to the formal living room and dining room, or straight ahead to our large renovated kitchen and family room.

You will find all 5 of our bedrooms and both our full bathrooms located upstairs.

Our large backyard is perfect for gathering as a family and relaxing! We have a wood burning firepit, propane grill, plenty of seating, outdoor dining, and barefoot grass to relax and play in.

NO SMOKING OR PETS in our home. $1,000 fine for either of these.
No more than 4 cars in our driveway due to HOA rules. No street parking during the weekdays due to HOA rules.

We are walking distance to the Bicentennial Greenway. Close to the Greensboro Airport (PTI) & convenient to the High Point Furniture Market.

Parking: Please park only in the driveway. It can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is only permitted on the weekends per the HOA.

Lawn Use: Do not park on the lawn under any circumstances.

Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum. Any loud noise that can be heard outside the property lines is not allowed.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is perfectly situated near two shopping centers and all the near by colleges. The house is exactly as advertised! Which is often not the case. The owners did a great job of maintaining a very clean and well kept environment. They were very responsive and did a wonderful job of anticipating their renters needs. Great place to stay!
