Best Victorian near Bathhouse Row

This majestic house is only a mile from Bathhouse Row, right in the historic district of Hot Springs! It sits alone on a fenced acre of trees, just minutes from Magic Springs, spas, restaurants, shops and breweries. It's peaceful and spacious, yet close to all the activities Hot Springs has to offer.

Hiking and biking trails start right across Park Ave at the Gulpha Gorge campground, or enjoy the trails the end of the street outside. There's a cute coffee shop within easy walking distance. Enjoy a soak in the Ouachita bathhouse only minutes away. Twenty minutes from Lake Ouachita and Lake Hamilton! About an hour to Crater of Diamonds State Park.

Enjoy six large bedrooms, two living rooms, twelve-foot ceilings, huge windows with old-world charm. There's a large wraparound porch with rocking chairs, and a fenced yard for privacy. There's also a large dining room and fully stocked kitchen. There's plenty of space for families or groups of friends to spread out, or gather and have fun together. The house is fun, eclectic and many families have enjoyed vacations and reunions here over the last ten years. It's also a popular destination for girls weekends, book clubs, bridesmaids parties and other old fashioned gatherings! The bedrooms are spacious (to say the least!) and although there are many old-world touches, this house is also very comfortable and refurbished with new foam mattresses, 100% cotton linens and vintage furnishings that make it feel homey and unique. There are games in the hutch in the dining room, and a large smart TV in the living room.

People love it! (See photos of all the lovely notes!) This charming, colorful house offers character and warmth.

On the first floor there is one King bedroom, and one Queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. Upstairs there is another king bedroom, two queen bedrooms and a room with two queen beds. There is another full bath on the upper floor.

There are trees outside every window, even though this house is right in town! Nature lovers will enjoy the birds, deer and chipmunks as they drink coffee on the porch.

Great place to stay with family!!!! Lots of things available as needed…. Laundry detergent… dishwashing liquid… paper towels… toilet tissue and much more! Close to town but far enough away for privacy and quiet night.Our entire family of 14 would highly recommend to others going to hot spring!!!

Girls weekend

Wonderful vacation

The house is spacious, very beautifully styled. The host was wonderful to promptly reply to my text messages. The location is great, very close to Central where several attractions are located while still having the getaway atmosphere surrounded by trees and greenery.

We had a group of 10 friends stay and it accommodated everyone perfectly. Everyone raved how much they liked the house. The artwork and decor throughout is unique and adds to the overall eclectic vibe and creates a fun energy during your stay. The location is perfect since it's close to downtown but also feels secluded surrounded by trees. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch and it felt more like we were out in nature than in a neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully Cozy

We have stayed in many rentals in Hot Springs, and this has to be the best house we’ve stayed in! So much space for a group! Lovely accommodations, well stocked kitchen gear, board games provided, wonderful outdoor area…just all around such a great place! Easy check in/ check out process and the host was easy to contact. I can’t recommend this place enough

Enjoyed our stay! House was large and everyone got to pick out their own rooms! For being such an old house the heaters were perfect and kept the house very warm. About a 15 min drive to Garvan Gardens and 10 mins to Bathhouse Row. We Door Dashed pizza and cooked the rest of the time! Lots of kitchen items, towels and supplies! Arlene was super when I had questions and she let us put up our own Christmas Tree. Perfect Christmas Family Vacation!

Hot Springs spring break get a

The home was clean & spacious. There were three adults & five children. The bedrooms are huge with comfortable mattresses. Two deer found their way onto the premises though we were less than two miles from town. We were so excited The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay again with my family.

Great place close to downtown and the races

Could not have asked for a better host. Excellent location and accommodations. We traveled with 8 guests ages 8-70. Could have easily accommodated a group twice that size. Very comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. We grilled out one night, and cooked in the next. If you prefer to eat out there are lots of restaurants close by. Very well thought out. 11 out of 10, highly recommend and would stay again.

This house has been happily rented for five years through other services and has outstanding reviews.

Why they chose this property

When we bought this old house, it was in complete disrepair! My husband and daughter and I repainted every inch of it, and lovingly restored and repaired the many holes in the walls and damage caused by years of neglect-- and at 4000 square feet with twelve-foot ceilings, that was a lot of work! It's finally the amazing house it was meant to be. It's become our second home, but I love to share it with other groups of friends and families when we are traveling. It's a huge, bright and airy house, with a lived in, fun, and warm vibe. The furniture and decorations are all hand picked, locally sourced and designed for fun and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

This amazing house has high ceilings, original chandeliers, a grand staircase, seven-foot windows, two living rooms, a wraparound porch-- and it sits all alone on a fenced acre and a half, right in town! Less than a mile from the main strip, close to Magic Springs theme park, the race track, lakes, activities, hiking and biking, it's literally the perfect place to enjoy Hot Springs. There's no hidden secrets to this place, you get more than you bargain for! It's in the historic district of town, there's a coffee shop close by, lots of trees outside every window. It's a destination all its own! I've been hosting for years on other sites, and I have a five-star rating with hundreds of amazing reviews. If you're planning a family vacation or friends' weekend away and want a special place to connect, kick back, play games, drink coffee on the porch, cook meals in a fully stocked kitchen -- this is the place for you! It's magical.
