Whether you're here to relax, explore, or stargaze, this home has been designed for a peaceful and memorable stay.

Reaching the Property
The last 2 km to the property involves off-road driving. Guests are welcome to bring their own cars but should exercise caution, especially during the rainy season. If preferred, the owner can arrange a pick-and-drop service from clouds end resort, Mussoorie, and will assist in parking the vehicle, parking fee require (highly recommended)

• Extra Sleeping Arrangements: Floor mattress or the sofa in the
living area (additional charges apply).
• Bathrooms: 2 attached bathrooms with hot water geysers,
shower, and common dispensers for toiletries.
• Living Room: A cozy seating area with a TV, a wood burner
fireplace, and comfortable sofas.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped open-layout kitchen with LPG stove,
refrigerator, cooking basics, cookware, spices, and a mixer
grinder.
• Dining Area: Located on the ground floor, with an attached
kitchen and outdoor dining option.

• Garden Area: Enjoy your morning tea surrounded by forest views.
• Bonfire: Available at an extra charge of ₹1000 for 2 hours.
• Barbecue Kit: Available: - For nonveg marination- Rs. 500 | For veg marination- Rs. 400. Coal and grill is at the property.
• Parking: Private parking available on-site.
• Pets: Allowed with a fee of ₹1000/day. Guests must bring pet
essentials, and pets are not allowed on furniture.
• Caretaker: Available on-site to assist you during your stay.

Food & Meal Services
• All meals available as a fixed meal package (₹1500 per person, per
day).
• Breakfast is NOT complimentary.
• An in-house chef is available to prepare meals.
• Guests can also cook in the kitchen.
• Non-vegetarian food is

All meals are available at the property through our meal packages. Breakfast is not complimentary, but guests can opt for our fixed meal package at an additional cost of ₹1500. An in-house chef is available for meal preparation, ensuring fresh and delicious food throughout your stay.
Food serving is available until 10 PM. Post 10 PM, a buffet arrangement will be set up for guests.
