Guest services were excellent. Bryce, Jacob and Morello? Took excellent care of my vehicle coming and going several times daily and were patient and kind. The front desk folks were kind and patient during a hectic holiday time. The property is charming and nuanced. I enjoyed the spaciousness and versatility of the room and all its amenities. I appreciate pet friendly environments.

The hot tub wasnt in service, the breakfast made it seem it was made to order up to 2 guests but it was already pre made burritos or sandwich but you could do a made to order option for extra which was not specific in the description. You can only get room service for cleaning if you stay more than 7 nights and it costs extra if you stay less than 7 nights. It was very dusty in the room and the air kicking on and off was very loud. Our room got cleaned 2 hours before check out and we didnt even check out yet, we went to have breakfast somewhere else and came back and they came in and cleaned out the entire fridge with drinks we were going to take with us when we checked out. The rooftop area was cool at night but again hot tub wasnt working. Staff was friendly but i probably wouldnt recommend to a friend or family member to stay.
