Nick and I are from opposite sides of TN, met in college(TTU in Cookeville, go golden eagles!), reconnected while he was traveling for work, and set our roots in East TN after traveling the first years of our relationship. We love all things real estate, home improvement, and UT BaseVols.

Located just 15 minutes from downtown Market Square and about 45 minutes from Sevierville, enjoy a fully private 2-bed, 2-bath basement suite. Sweet P’s BBQ, Tequila Amigos Mexican Restaurant, and Pratt’s Market are just around the corner. We also love to decorate for the holidays!

Smokey’s Hangout is named after our cat, a Manx kitty named Smokey who loved the privacy and coolness of the space when we first moved in.

Smokey’s Hangout is a fully private basement space in our personal home. You have your own entrance, a kitchenette, 2 full bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 desk areas for working while visiting, and full privilege to our half acre yard.
