Walk to all major attractions from this incredible central location. Designed for comfort, connection, and creating lasting memories with your favorite people. Welcome to Whistle inn 2. Spacious 2400 square foot plus upscale brand new vacation home in Downtown Branson. Walk to everything Downtown has to offer. 2 parking spaces out front, and one in back to avoid steps. This house has huge bedrooms and lots of living space to entertain. Relax on the upper deck and watch the fireworks from the Landing in the evenings. Streaming TV’s in every bedroom, lots of dresser space and beds. Master bedroom and suite are enormous with several seating areas. Massage chair in Living Room with 75” TV and couch seating for 12. Gourmet style kitchen with 6 foot island and seating. Desk space in kitchen has monitor for your use. Ceiling fans in all rooms with remotes. Ceilings are nine feet high on first and second floors. Laundry has stacked washer dryer with granite counter space for folding or organizing. Loads of cabinets for your use. Peaceful vacation spot near all the excitement.
Short drive to SDC and concerts at outdoor arena.
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If there are any questions, we can be reached via messaging, and we will respond within 30 minutes
You’ll receive a personalized code to enter unit. Parking for 2 vehicles in the front driveway, one space in the back of home (avoiding using the front steps) and plenty of street parking nearby.
* Walking distance to downtown Branson shopping and restaurants. New building completed summer of 2025.
* Free trolley pick up is only a block away. Easy to use during busy seasons.
* Starter supply of paper products and soaps are provided.
* House is monitored via a commercial fire detection system which will automatically deploy fire department if necessary.
Please use caution with tall items near sprinkler heads. You will be held liable if you accidentally trigger the fire system to engage.
* Ring doorbell at front door has video and ability to reach us if you ring the doorbell. House is equipped with a security system, used when vacant. You may use with your entry code. Note; It doesn’t contact Authorities, only owners.
* There are NO cameras or recording devices within the home.

* All renters are required to complete a renter's agreement and security deposit form.
* These forms must be filled out and returned at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date and time.
* Failure to complete this requirement in the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels in washer. Leave remaining towels in the tub or shower.
Please leave all bedding on beds, we will strip it off. Thank you.
Please put patio cushions in boxes to prevent from getting wet. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Signed renters agreement 48 hours prior to arrival. $125 held 2 days before check in.. Both must be provided at least 48 hours prior to check in
No smoking, vaping, parties or loud events/gatherings. No pets. No igniting of fireworks. No grilling on lower patio.
Minimum age of primary renter must be 21 or older and be present during booking.

The house is in an excellent location within walking distance from downtown Branson and Branson Landing, as long as you can handle some incline, as well as located near the strip and many nearby restaurants. Everything we had planned was no farther than 15-20 minutes away, even with traffic. The house is very open, clean, functional, and very nice! It’s great for large family or friend gatherings. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home. Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of coffee, paper towels and toilet paper, and all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need.Very stylish home with lots of space for our group to hang out. The large couches and big screen were perfect for everyone to be together and watch movies.The massage chair was a very nice touch and got used frequently.The beds were very comfortable with memory foam tops and we all slept great.The hosts were very kind and gave great information on everything in the house and suggestions on things to do in the area.The house is located in a great area, very close to ths conversation center and the landing. We were able to walk to almost anything in the area.Overall great place. Definitely would recommend and would stay again!
