Unwind in Lexington at this lovely house. This beautiful property features 3 bedrooms with a king bed, full bed, and twin bed. With heating, AC, and a hair dryer provided, guests can relax comfortably. The bathroom offers a shower for convenience. We think our place will help you experience everything Lexington has to offer. The beach is a short five minute walk. The is seven houses off the Lake.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time is 11:00 am. Please take all the sheets off the used beds and put them in a pillow case. Wash and put away all dishes.
Shut off and unplug coffee makers, AC units and fans. Shut all windows. Lock the key in the house. Leave on kitchen counter.
Remove all food items and take our garbage and place garbage cans at the end of the driveway. Trash pick up is early Monday mornings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
