This cottage is ideally located on the best fishing side of Grand Lake.
Crappie season is coming soon. Book your stay & take home some slabs! A large beach area for your day swimming, fishing, or launching your boat for endless fun.
The beach is just a 2-minute walk from the cottage. Inside, you'll find a full-size bed, a futon that folds into a full-size bed, and a roll-away twin-size bed.
Large propane grill is situated on the back deck. Free parking is available, with plenty of room for trucks and boats.

Who knows. Out of the several emails I received from the owner not one of them contained a PIN to access the property. Also no means to contact the owner. No Internet or cell service was available there, so I ended up driving another two hours with two stressed dogs, in the rain, with poor visibility, to stay elsewhere.

I don’t email guest. Everything is through the vrbo app & very well documented. I sent the door access & WIFI PW Friday morning a day prior to Laurie’s stay. (Again documented thru the app)
