ACTION NEEDED: Please send your "Booking" with -one- name (first & last) of the person who will be responsible for checking into your condo at the front desk as it appears on your/their ID. I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night if the date is within 2 days. Otherwise, Friday or Saturday nights are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay meaning: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.

Three Bedroom Penthouse: King in master, king in second, twins in third bedroom, queen murphy bed in living area. Maximum Occupancy 8.

The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a $100 security deposit hold against a credit/debit card incase any major damage should occur. The security deposit will be released back to you on the day of departure.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If you have a service animal, you must let us know in writing prior to booking.

Helpful Hints
Parking is limited to one space per unit. Boats, RVs and trailers can be parked across the street at the municipal marina parking lot for a fee.
