Welcome to your perfect Aggieland home base—just minutes from Kyle Field and campus, this beautifully remodeled 3BR/2BA is perfect for game days, family visits, move-in weekends, ceremonies, reunions and relaxing with friends.

With two living areas, four TVs (including a huge 60” screen in the main living room and one on the outside patio), and three outdoor spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the stay.

Watch the big game, relax under the string lights on the large deck by the fire pit, or challenge friends in the garage game zone featuring ping pong, foosball, and cornhole.

We love to travel and love being in Aggieland! Both our boys are in College Station....one at Texas A&M and one starting off at Blinn but hoping to transfer next year! We love all things Aggie...football games, baseball games, basketball games and just the vibe of the area, We are proud to share our property with others and hope to provide them with a comfortable, relaxing, but yet entertaining place to stay.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, and it is close to EVERYTHING! The location is amazing. We are less than a mile from Kyle field. The property is perfect for groups and families, due to the 2 living areas and 3 outdoor spaces. The house is on a corner lot and has a side driveway, so plenty of parking. There is a backyard space for kids to play.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because of the amenities. We take great pride in ensuring that everyone has an amazing time. There are three different outdoor areas and two living areas that really let the guests spread out. There are 4 TVs throughout the house to catch the big game, including one on the outside patio! The side patio is right off the living rooms and has a shaded area and oscillating fan. There is a drink cooler and two grills (charcoal and propane). The backyard has a new deck with bar seating and a propane fire pit. We also have foosball, ping pong and cornhole, as well as books and games. The kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms have towels, shampoo and soap. And of course, cleanliness is our number one priority!
