Leider wurde meine Buchung nach langem Hin und Her storniert, da die Wohnung bereits über eine andere Plattform vermietet war und der Vermieter vergessen hatte, die Daten auf Fewo.direkt zu blocken.Ich war froh, dass ich nach Erhalt der konkreten Adresse vorab den Standort auf Googlemaps ansehen wollte aber nicht finden konnte, da die Adresse in Essaouira nicht existierte.Im Chat konnte man mein Problem zunächst nicht verstehen, da ich bereits vor Anreise eine Meldung machte. Der Vermieter war den ganzen Tag vor Anreise nicht erreichbar / reagierte nicht auf die Mailbox-Nachricht. Ich glaube, sein Englisch ist nicht gut. Ein marokkanischer Freund konnte ihn dann spät abends erreichen und ich erfuhr, dass die Wohnung bereits belegt ist.Rückabwicklung über den Fewo.direkt-Chat war sehr kompliziert, hat am Ende aber funktioniert.
