This cozy, recently renovated 16th floor condo is at the center of Miami Beach's sunbathed daytime leisures and bright nightlife. Sleeping 3 comfortably, DecoOne offers a stunning view of the palm-studded beach and cristal blue Atlantic Ocean to the East and the lights of Lincoln Rd and Miami beyond to the West. Providing divided sleeping and living areas, the studio is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a futon, 1.5 baths, and a full kitchen including breakfast bar, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, etc. It also has a dining area and an inviting balcony, perfect for morning coffee from the DecoOne Nespresso machine or evening breeze cocktails before a night out. ATTENTION DUE TO COVID 19 We are subject to any changes in rental regulations by the Miami Beach authorities that may occur. We appreciate your consideration in being compliant for travel.

Exactly as described. Beautiful view, wonderful pool & staff. Very very clean & secure building. Condo was well equipped, very comfortable bed. We ate majority of our meals on the balcony. You can't get closer to the beach than Decoplage. Caron responded quickly to our questions, and Patricia as well. If we're in Miami Beach again we'd definitely stay here. Memorable vacation.

Amazing place and view

We had a fantastic time staying at Carol's place. It was everything described and more! Super comfortable, excellent location, quiet and safe building and just a few steps away from the beach. That balcony with the ocean view, sunsets and sunrises were an everyday must for us! Patricia and Carol were great to us making our stay possible and as comfortable as it was! Perfect place for a small family

We highly recommend this property. We stayed there with our baby girl. The apartment is close to the beach and the shops on Lincoln Road. The building has nice amenities including a pool and a gym. Everything was very clean and kids-friendly. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has a great view of the beach. We will definitely come again.

We had a great stay here. Photos of the apartement and whole property are accurate. It is very clean and very cosy. This condo was as discribed, heated pool was wonderful and also the gym is very nice and clean, walking distance to Collins Avenue, bars, restaurants etc. Staff there is very kind and courteous. Great - couldn't be much better!

This place is truly amazing. As soon as you arrive at the building, you really understand how well located the appartment is. Being right at the beach, yet at the same time at the head of the main shopping and eating street allowed us to make very spontaneous decisions. We were also impressed by the thorough security in the lobby, which by the way looks very chic. Overall the building seems well equipped with laundry rooms on each floor, valet parking, fitness center and of course the pool area with ocean view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Uncomplicated and friendly communication with the host. The appartment itself feels very open and spaceous, the view is amazing. Lovely furniture, comfortable bed, nice and modern kitchen and bath. Very well equipped. We can definitely recommend!

great place, nice condo

I stayed there for almost 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. The condo offers all amenities needed: from a fully furnished kitchen to a living room, a comfy bed, a nice little balcony and a practical 2-room bathroom. The Decoplage also has a big pool and a small but much appreciated gym. The condo is located directly at the beach, as well as the famous shopping mile Lincoln Rd, and only a few minutes walk from Ocean Drive. The condo was very clean and nice. Will definitely come back here!

my two weeks in miami were made even more exclusively wonderful with the location and comfort provided by this condo - fantastic in layout and with the amazing pool, gym and beach accesses, private beach chairs etc. We had great nights out right along Lincoln Rd and Ocean Drive, and absolutely loved the open air cinema at the symphony - could even see the screen from our balcony! All in all the perfect place to relax and enjoy miami at it's fullest! I'll definitely book this apartment again and would recommend it to everyone looking for a place for beach holiday as well as those hoping to enjoy the miami beach night life!
