The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. Absolutely loved our stay here! This is our second year coming to Waterscape and staying in a Pinkie Flamingo hosted property and will definitely be coming back again next year!

Great stay

Although one of the pools were closed, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The room was so cute, access to the pool, beach and garage was perfect. I will definitely stay here again! Great host!

Condo placement is amazing

Fantastic visit in this amazing condo. The location is very convenient to the pool and beach. Housekeeping was a little under par, but nothing we couldn’t take care of on our own in a half hour. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed this property. The cleaning company could have done a better job prior to us arriving but overall adequate. A few glitches (AC unit for one) while we were there but they were handled quickly. Overall very happy with our stay!

Location of this room was perfect. The walk out to the pool area was very convenient. However, the room was dated and the floor was dirty! The room could definitely used a deep cleaning!

If your looking to relax and to avoid the hustle to and from the room , this property is a few doors away from the opening of the parking garage, handicap accessible, with a patio that rolls right out to the lower deck pool. Despite the location being so close, the noise was not a problem or disturbance. We were able to get a great spot by the pool early in the morning as well as keep an eye on our things from the patio, which is great for bathroom trips. The beach is a quick walk away and has a handicap ramp along with outdoor showering available. The room has beach chairs , boogie boards and other toys for children. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the shower pressure was good and temp hot. Both rooms have big walk in showers as well as soaking tubs. We were able to make complete meals for 7 with no issues. Very nice to be able to wash towels everyday in a stacking laundry machine. My communication with the host was very prompt and accommodating. A nice surprise was being able to have an umbrella and chair set up at the beach every day of the stay. You can also pre- reserve beach front seats for only 17 w the beach crew. Which makes an easy trip on anyone. I will stay at this property again.

The property was perfect for young kids. It was just steps away from the pool .

We had a great experience at this property. Our kids loved playing in the pools and walking down to the beach . It was nice that they have chairs set up on the beach for the property and customers to sit in. We would be happy to stay at this property again.

Beautiful condo, perfect location

Unit A110 was perfect! Clean, and beautiful decor. The location is just steps from the pool and so close to the beach access. My son has Cerebral Palsy so it was minimal walking for him! Pinkie is great and very prompt at getting back to you. There was an unexpected issue with the hot water heater and She had someone in there to look at it in under an hour and it was fixed and ready to go in under 2 hours! We will be back to A110!

Perfect location for kids

We loved the convienent location of this condo to the pool, grills, and beach. It's easy to go anywhere from the condo. We thought the condo was a little on the worn and dirty side, but obviously lots of kids have stayed there. It's been well loves. The pans provided could be upgraded as well, some of our food stuck to them and the non stick pans were small for the amount of eggs we tried to make. We also missed the beach view, so we may pay more next time to get a view. The king suites this unit offers is a great plus for two families to share. We had a good stay. Loved Waterscape and it's amenities .

Filthy is an understatement! (NO, I really didn’t love it!)

First of all, we have to save all year to be able to go on a vacation! We expect the place we stay to be clean and in order just as the pictures show! This was not the case! This condos’ floors were filthy and reeked of PineSol. (We had to purchase a swiffer wet jet and pads to mop the floors 5 times before we felt comfortable to walk on them). The furniture was worn out, uncomfortable and soiled with stains. The shower had mildew in it. The beds squeaked every time we turned over! The fan motor made an awful racket, therefore, we couldn’t run it! Some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets! The dryer squealed everytime we used it and the refrigerator freezer made an annoying sound! Therefore, we will never stay here again! Not worth the money we spent and I feel we should get the cleaning returned to us! If I owned a condo and the person(s) cleaned in this manner, I would fire them!

Quite possibly my FAVORITE unit at Waterscape!!

A110 has to be one of the BEST locations at Waterscape...absolutely a MUST stay with small children. We were able to just pop in and out of the patio to get to the main pool gate (it's right there!!), as well as a super quick and easy walk to the beach!! This unit is clean and perfectly decorated for a Florida getaway!! We will definitely be renting here again!!

Great in every way!

Our fall stay in this condo was just wonderful. Not only was the condo beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and spacious but also the location cannot be beat. The bedrooms with the private baths were a real plus for our girls' retreat, not to mention the roomy and comfy king sized beds in both rooms! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and dishes so we could stay in to cook or we could go out as there were so many good restaurants close by. The large spacious parking garage was a huge asset for us and made it super convenient if we wanted to pop out for the evening. My favorite part was being so close to the pool, spa and walk way to the beach. There was an easy access sturdy boardwalk and outside showers when we returned after a day in the sun. The white sands are just gorgeous and the location of this unit just made it so convenient. I would highly recommend this unit and cannot wait to get back again.

We've stayed here two times and can't wait for the third!!! The condo is spotless when we arrive, beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The parking garage is equipped with plenty of carts which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. This condo is located just steps from the pool and about a minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. We love staying at Waterscape and it's minutes from several great restaurants. Between the pools, the lazy river, the hot tub and the gym I almost forgot to mention the beautiful beach! The beach is absolutely gorgeous and we've been lucky to have beautiful weather each time. Waterscape has beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach as well. It's a great destination for people with or without children.

a wonderful, relaxing getaway!

Our family of 6 loved our time here! The condo was spotless when we arrived. The parking garage was very accessible to the condo, which made bringing in groceries and luggage very easy. The best part of this condo is its location to the beach and pool! The entrance to the pool is just steps away. We could let our kids play out in the grass while we grabbed last minute essentials before heading to the pool & beach. Our kids loved the bunk room and I loved that it had a door so that they weren't disturbed in the morning when I made my coffee. This really was a huge plus as many of the other condos in this complex didn't have a door on the bunk room. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the basics. However, I would bring some salt & pepper and olive oil from home. Other than that, it had everything we needed and was very nice. We absolutely loved being at Waterscape at this time of the year. I can imagine that during the summer it must be very crowded, but in April, it was almost empty during the week and only a handful of people there over the weekend. The bracelets you have to wear in the pool were not a problem. I put mine on loose enough to slip off when not at the pool, but we were never asked about them until friday and saturday. We loved the heated pool in the morning and then the kids couldn't get enough of the lazy river. Late April was a perfect time to be there. We will definitely come again!

Wonderful place!

Wow!! What a wonderful place to spend time with our daughter and her family! The resort was perfect! The kids loved the lazy river and actually all the kid friendly pools. The resort is so well kept and relaxing. The unit was perfect for our family. Spacious, inviting and well equipped. We loved it. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Great vacation place for a family trip to the Gulf Coast

Just back from a week at Waterscape -- family vacation with two young kids. The condo is located in a great section of the overall property -- close to all 3 pools and a 2-minute walk to the beach. Our kids spent hours in the pool (literally). The beach near Waterscape is beautiful and super clean. The entire property is well-maintained. There are gas grills throughout the main pool area so you can grill out for lunch or dinner -- the perfect vacation meal -- then enjoy your food at the tables on the pool deck or sit on the condo's patio. And if you want to venture out to eat, there are some places close by to check out via a short walk on the beach or via car. And if you need a retail fix, there are two sets of shopping outlets not too far away. We'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect Gulf Coast vacation!
