I am a builder. I spent a lot of time on this wonderful project, turning it into a beautiful place to live. I built it with a plan to live in it, but my children who grew up in Cranston didn’t want to live on this side of town.
Why they chose this property
This is a very comfortable neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, and a close walk to the water, which is what I love best about this property, the water view.
What makes this property unique
This house is handcrafted and built with an open floor plan, making it a real entertainers Home. The home is fully handicap accessible, and the yard is fully accessible too with a walkway that travels around the whole yard.
