The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean grill after use. Cover gas fire pit with cover. Close patio umbrella. Wash all used dishes and kitchen items. Remove all used linens and place on bed. Ensure front storm door is latched.
Please be respectful of the nice neighbors we have. We want you to have fun but please be respectful by not playing loud music or big parties. Thank you!
All trash must be in a garbage bag and placed in waste bin located next to upper level parking by electric pole. Please remove trash from dock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
