The apartment is a well renovated space in a community in transition. The neighborhood was quiet, but only walkable to Fairmount park (which is beautiful). My only complaint is how much it smelled like disinfectant when we arrived (a very strong cleaner odor) and the fact that furnishings and amenities were sparse. I would have liked some towels in the kitchen and a washcloth and bath mat for the bathrooms. Overall, these were minor and didn’t prevent us from having a comfortable place to sleep.

There was a busted light in kitchen we had to kill spiders and other insects everyday we was there it’s a unit so neighbors can be noisy the floor wasn’t clean, we could tell because our socks which were brand new , was filthy and the screen door to the patio door was off
A few things were lacking such as closet rods, hand soap and wash clothes. No paper towels no glasses just mugs. Note this unit has a steep set of stairs that can be slippery there is nothing on the wood and they are narrow. Not recommended for Seniors, small kids or the mobile challenged.
