Welcome to Miami Paradise, a serene and spacious tropical home designed for guests who appreciate calm, comfort, and a relaxed residential setting.

Miami Paradise is a private home, not a hotel or resort. It is thoughtfully maintained and intended as a peaceful place to unwind rather than a luxury or service-driven experience. While we don’t offer concierge services or hotel-style amenities, we do provide a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped space with clear communication and transparent expectations. Guests seeking polished luxury or full hotel services may prefer one of Miami’s many resort options.

The home is a legally operated duplex with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, suitable for both short and extended stays. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, glassware, plates, and refrigerator, a dining area, and a comfortable living room ideal for reading or movie nights. The décor is thoughtfully curated to create a calm, lived-in atmosphere.

Whether you are visiting Miami for work, medical reasons, relocation, or leisure, this home is designed to be a quiet and comfortable place to recharge after a full day out. Please note that there are steps throughout the property, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared swimming pool and the expansive front yard surrounded by tropical plants. The pool is a swimming pool (not a hot tub), is shared with the other duplex on the property, and is heated to 84°F during the winter season (December 21 through March 21).

Miami Paradise is located in a wooded residential area of North Miami, where homes sit on generous lots with trees and open spaces. With this natural setting comes wildlife. Raccoons are common in the area and are a normal part of everyday life here. They are harmless and easily discouraged; guests are asked not to leave food outdoors.

You may also notice resident cats on the property. These cats are not stray; they are vaccinated and neutered. Guests who are uncomfortable around cats may find that this property is not the best fit.

Please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.

House rules and safety information: the home is for registered guests only; no outside visitors without prior approval; parties are not permitted; quiet hours are observed in this residential neighborhood; marijuana or weed smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property; cigarette smoking is permitted outdoors only.

For safety and security, outdoor cameras are installed at the front entrance and garage doors only. There are no cameras inside the home.

Each duplex has its own charcoal grill. Guests should bring charcoal and clean the grill after use. The host retains access through the middle duplex, which is not available for rent and does not interfere with guest privacy.

Location highlights include being only minutes from the new UHealth Hospital at Sole Mia, a state-of-the-art University of Miami medical facility; proximity to FIU and Johnson & Wales University; close access to Aventura Mall, Publix, Costco, and Target; beaches within a short drive; and approximately 20 minutes to Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport under normal traffic conditions.
