The space
This 2-floor house is perfect for accommodating up to 6 people. In the first floor you’ll find the kitchen, completely equipped to satisfy all your needs, from cooking energizing breakfasts before hitting the streets of Puerto Vallarta, a simple snack to take to the beach, or full gourmet dinners to please everyone’s palate. You’ll find a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils.

The elegant dining table serves for six, but you’ll also have extra space for others to sit and enjoy their food, as there is a granite top, and 3 additional barstools. The living room is equipped with a large stylish sofa that turns into a bed, and glass tables. From the living room you’ll have access to the terrace, where you’ll find patio furniture and a gas grill perfect for those nights you want to enjoy the breeze, cooking outside, and contemplate the brilliant stars while sharing a nice moment with your loved ones. There is also a hammock for those wanting to relax even more.

On the second floor the first spot you’ll see is the living area, kids favorite spot as it has a Flat-screen TV and a comfy couch, so they’ll enjoy some movie time before going to bed. The house has 3 bedrooms, the master suite equipped with a King-size bed and another Flat-screen TV, a fully equipped private bathroom and a large walking closet, which makes it the greatest room for the King and Queen of the house.

The second bedroom has a double bed and closet, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is another full bathroom on this floor, so time won’t be an issue when it comes to getting ready before going out. And just in case someone wants a little private “me” time, there is a smaller terrace with two chairs on this floor.

If you’re traveling with kids, and especially young ones, you are probably thinking about all the clothes you need to pack for them, however, at this house this won’t be a problem. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer, so don’t worry about having to pack a lot, as you’ll be able to wash your clothes and enjoy clean clothes every day. There is also a half bathroom on the ground floor.

Guest access
Coming to Puerto Vallarta means having a lot of fun, as there is so many things to do, from hitting the beach every day, to visiting the “Malecon”, the shopping mall “La Isla” or one of the amazing restaurants nearby. But if you’re the type that likes to stay in a couple of days, the complex has a large pool with Palapa, chairs, sunbeds and a griller in case you want to plan a barbecue night.

It also has several green areas to enjoy, as well as a playground and a multiuse court, so everyone from the youngest to the older ones will have something to have fun with.

The pool is great for relaxation. It has lounge chairs, covered gazebos to stay in the shadow and a grill.
Best of all, is that you'll be just 5 minutes away from the beautiful resfreshing beach!
