The sink was not clean. It had pubic hairs in it. The hallway smelled like smoke. The elevator was nasty. But the staff was very nice.

I was told I did not have a reservation at the time of check in. After several attempts at confirming, I was told there was nothing else they could do. The condition was not resolved until I had talked with customer service. By then, I had already made other accommodations. As of this time, I have not been given a credit for my payment to VRBO. Additional complaint of misleading location of the property. Location was described as being close to downtown Greenville but in fact was across town 20 minutes away. I would strongly suggest not using this host.
