Room was clean, bed was comfortable, all of the staff were very nice. The location couldn’t have been better, 5 minutes from the beach and downtown Naples. The 1st floor room was awesome!!
Very nice place. Older building, rooms have been renovated. Very good deal for the price. Although very small room. Have to get into your car and drive everywhere in this town. And a lot of traffic which is not relaxing at all. Nice hot breakfast daily by the pool I think 7-10 am. Girls serving breakfast super sweet and nice. They also appreciate tips for their hard work.
Overall our stay was pleasant and we found the front desk very friendly and responsive to our needs. The room was clean and the view to the landscaped area by the main pool was beautiful while maintaing some level of privacy. At time of visit there were some renovations that were going on, such as the extension of the decking around the main pool area and some interior work. We assume that this is why breakfast was served al fresco each day which was not too much of an issue to us but proved to be a bit challenging due to the limited serving counter area, with a tight circulation path around the pool to the self serving areas. One had to exercise some caution in some spots to avoid falling into the pool while getting breakfast. We assume that once the renovations are over this will no longer be an issue. One concern we had was that the walls between the units are thin - perhaps due to no sound insulation in the walls? We could sometimes hear conversations in the next room. We however enjoyed our stay- it suited our needs offering a centralized enough location to the beaches and notable Naples attractions.
