This home has been in my family for generations and means more to me than I can easily put into words. My mother raised me here, and after she passed, I took over the home to keep it in the family and honor the memories made within these walls. Sharing it with guests is something I do with a lot of pride and care.

The neighborhood is quiet, welcoming, and truly feels like a community where neighbors look out for one another. A peaceful park with a mile-long jogging trail is just a short walk away, along with a beautiful Catholic church down the street. The library is only five minutes away, and some of the best Hispanic food in the city is within a ten-minute drive.

The neighborhood is relaxed and weekend-friendly, with residents occasionally enjoying music or small gatherings. While rare, this does happen and adds to the laid-back vibe of the area. Overall, it’s a great location.

This home is fully updated with brand-new furniture, beds, central heat and air, and modern appliances throughout. Thoughtfully stocked with essentials like toilet paper, fresh towels, and extra amenities for added comfort.

Pets are welcome! The large backyard features a wood privacy fence, perfect for keeping pets safe. There’s plenty of space for dogs of all sizes to run and play.
