The property is in a great location in Birch Bay area near the state park, and easy access to get clams. The VRBO was clean and access into the unit was simple.

The property was clean, well stocked, had a wonderful fenced front & backyard and had simple check out rules. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns. The one draw back that I did not see until after I booked was no children allowed which was too bad because I booked it because of the fully fenced front and backyard for child safety.

Cute, the cleaners need to be a bit more conscious of their work. The vacuum wasn’t emptied and stank, and then they accused my spouse and me of having a pet, even though I had previously complained that the container was full and stank. It was a fair price since there was no water view, but it was a short walk or easy drive to beautiful views and to Canada. Also be prepared to travel short distances to the nearby small towns for groceries, since the small market in the immediate bay area didn't have much and seemed dirty.
