Our 3 bedroom unit has its own private balcony as well as an open floor plan with beautiful views overlooking the marina and Lake Macatawa. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The second room has a king size bed with an attached room with a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk bed. Each bedroom has a TV and an attached bath. The unit also has a laundry room, a living area with a sleeper sofa and a spacious kitchen with high-end appliances.

Located on the North side of Lake Macatawa, This unit in The Staterooms is a newly constructed, fully furnished weekly vacation rental located on the second floor of Yacht Basin Plaza, the heart of Yacht Basin Marina. This unit has lake views and is outfitted with all the comforts of home. Our plaza offers Yacht Basin Conference Center, Boat Service & Outfitters, Down the Hatch Party Store, Anew Salon & Day Spa, Grand Banks Yacht Sales and Capital Harbor Investments. Also located on property by the pool is LoLo's Bar & Grill. LoLo’s is an outside dockside eatery with waterfront views, good eats and frozen drinks!

Our heated pool is open Memorial Day weekend through the first week in September.

Located within walking distance is Holland State Park with its expansive sandy beaches, Mt. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, kayak, canoe and stand up board rentals, jet ski and boat rentals, bike rentals and miles of bike paths.

OPEN YEAR ROUND. The Staterooms is not just a summer destination. Visit us in the Spring for Holland's famous Tulip Time Festival. Fall is a great time to enjoy a color tour, go hiking or apple picking. In the winter you can cross country ski, go sledding or marvel at Lake Michigan’s Icebergs. Downtown Holland is a great place to shop even in the winter, with heated sidewalks and an outdoor fireplace to help keep you warm.

Check-in time is 3pm on the start date of your stay and Check-out is 11am.

- No smoking and no pets.
- Must be 25 years old to rent.
- No bachelor, bachelorette or similar parties of any kind.
- Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate large groups or family reunions in The Staterooms, however Yacht Basin Conference Center (on property) can be rented with seating up to 300.

Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms makes this stay a breeze with a big family. The location was great, the view is awesome, and the property managers were so responsive and easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our unit. A few more clean towels in our bathrooms would have been helpful, we had a big group and had to wash towels everyday. Everything else was great. The place was large enough to accommodate our extended family group. The pool is nice as is the playground. We will be back!! Holland is amazing!

Great spot in Holland!

Great location right on the marina. Kids loved to watch the boats come in and out. The condo was very clean, kitchen stocked, and comfy beds. The pool was a great spot with the playground right next to it! Little general store on 1st floor was super convenient. 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay again!

Ideal place for us

The second floor condo was well appointed with large rooms and a lot of space. Nice view of the marina off the balcony. We weren't going to spend this much $ for a 6 day condo but it turned out to be well worth it. Location was great, just a few miles from downtown Holland. Chrissy and her staff were great to work with. We are very likely to return to Holland in a couple of years and stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Very spacious! There was enough room for our group of 12. The unit was very clean. Had a great view of the marina. Staff was very friendly. Convenient having the store downstairs. Before we booked Martha was very helpful and answered all our questions. Great location, 10 minutes from downtown (we went to the Tulip festival) and a few Minutes from the beach and lighthouse! Everyone loved it.

Spacious, Unique, Fun

Our family of six adults and four children under five years old found this to be absolutely perfect for our stay in Holland. Each of our two adult sons had their own “suite” for their families The king bedroom I slept in had clean, comfortable bedding. the common area was huge. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and entertain. The balcony overlooking the Marina was extra special. Kids swam in the pool and we would have enjoyed a fishing charter had we had the time. Holland is a beautiful town. We walked to the beach and through some very charming neighborhoods. The party store downstairs was super convenient. We recommend this property and thank Chrissy for her responsive hospitality. A super host!

Perfect Family Location, great people

We are from Utah and wanted to find a central location where family and friends could visit while we visited the state. This condo was amazing; very clean, spacious great room area, well stocked kitchen, and very easy to find. The bedding was nice, and easily slept our two families with teens, and Grandma. The pool was great for the teens, and the restaurant next to the pool made dinners with friends super easy. The staff at the boat dock, the store, and the condos were all very friendly and accommodating. To top it all off; our rental car battery died the night before we needed to fly out and we could not get any support from the rental car company. John and William from the boat garage offered to jump the car so we could drive it to Grand Rapids for a new vehicle. Completely saved us! We plan to return next year, such a well run facility.

Beautiful Condo - everything within 15 minute drive (Can't walk to much)

A week before our trip, the owner sent us a long email with all the attractions, restaurants, etc.. It was a huge help and saved us the leg work of having to research what to do in the area. First impression was great - clean rooms, great view, well stocked kitchen. None of the bedrooms have windows which is great for sleeping (no views though.) The entire back wall of the condo is windows/doors and we loved the view of the marina and watching the boats come in and out. There were plenty of seats on the deck outside and it provided great cover and a cool breeze on unseasonably warm days and evenings. Also loved having elevators on both sides of building to minimize walking for older guests. A few negatives would be that all the docks are private, so the kids couldn't walk down to the lake. Pool is pretty chilly for a "heated pool", but when the temps were in the upper 80s, it still felt great. Another downside was the dead bug parts that kept appearing all over our bathroom sink and floor (First room on the left). We reported the issue to maintenance twice and they always came quickly to treat the ventilation where we think the problem occurred. We aren't turned off by a couple of bugs - this was 50+ dead bug parts that kept appearing and had to be cleaned every time we needed to wash our hands. In defense of the condo, they tried to figure out the problem, but just couldn't seem to solve it. The last two days, we were so fed up that we just quit using that bathroom. Disgusting and frustrating, when it really is such a beautiful (and expensive) condo. Upon checkout, the staff wasn't overly concerned, but said that they did contact the owner.
