Spacious living room and comfortable seating, There is also a Sleeper Sofa. Flat Screen Television. The master suite greets you with a queen size bed to relax from all your daily activities and a Flat Screen Television. This stunning kitchen will make you want to cook for hours. Granite counter tops stainless steel appliances and all utensils to cook a great meal for everyone. Enjoy dinner in the dining area with seating for 6. Enjoy a nice cocktail on the patio with great views of the Pond. Wi-Fi, Basic Cable, Washer/Dryer, Beach Chairs & Towels are included.
*Allergen Disclosure: There is a pet in residence when the unit is Occupied by Owner. Pets are prohibited for all renters per HOA Rules and Regulations.
