The apartment complex is located far from the busy streets. Electricity always comes out when it’s hot days. AC in the bedroom but not in the first floor. Yes you can cook food if you like. 👍 oh no tv cable no hot water showers I make the best of it. I have business to do there so I suppose it was OK for a few days to live in. .

I chose this neighborhood because it's peaceful, family-friendly, and very accessible. Kalantas Street in Barangay Balatas offers a quiet escape from the busy city center, but it's still close enough to key spots like SM City Naga, Magsaysay Avenue, and local restaurants and shops.

It’s a safe and laid-back area—perfect for guests who want to feel at home while exploring Naga. As a mom of two, I also appreciate the calm surroundings and the sense of community here.
