This was an amazing vacation. We just left in October 2026 post hurricane Jen the host was top-tier. She reminded me not to panic cancel and boy was she ever right? We had the best time 10 days of anniversary celebration and a beautiful wedding. she was so attentive and came to the property right away with a minor parking issue and it was resolved. There were no other issues the condos were stocked with every item possible there were coolers and equipment to take to the beach and all you needed to do was bring your swimsuit and be ready for a good time. She also listed for us popular attractions places to go things to walk to I will definitely be back and spend more time on this property..There was plenty of shopping nearby coffee shops to walk to restaurants to walk to a rental car was nice to be able to drive around the island so I do recommend that we were able to utilize the grills on the property which were very close and very clean the pools were wonderful and every morning and every evening we were able to walk to Poipu Beach to see the sea turtles and seals and most beautiful sunsets and sunrises

I think this was the best home/apt rental experience I’ve had in a couple decades of vacation travel. Jennifer made each step of the process easy, and helped with local recommendations as we planned a vacation for our large extended family. We appreciated the thoughtfulness given to the amenities so we could hit the ground running. Items like laundry pods for the washer, Kleenex, easy-to-find replenishment items (like an extra paper towel roll) all made for a great home base experience. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the activity closet was brilliant - even including a collapsible wagon that made transporting folding chairs, beach towels and bags easier on trips to the beach. I’d rent from Jennifer again in a heartbeat.

This property was in excellent condition and a fantastic location. What really made it glow was the friendly communication with the property manager. Jennifer was a joy to visit with and took great care to keep us informed of anything we needed to know about the area or on the property. If we have a big group trip again we would definitely stay here again.

The condo’s were great. Very nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with what was needed. Nice location, close to several beaches, the pathways through the area made for beautiful walks. We also enjoyed the pools being so close and we had them all to ourselves, the kids loved it. It was also convenient to get to the mountain tubing experience, the Kalamaku Luau and to Captain Andy’s Nepali Coast tour and snorkeling. We had a wonderful time in beautiful Kauai. I also loved my morning coffee on the lanai, I’m going to miss that!

This property was fabulous--especially for our large extended family gathering in Kauai. Jennifer was great in quickly reaching out from the first questions I had and this pattern continued through our stay. It couldn't have been better! We were divided with two families in each of her 3 condos. They are in the same building--a bit spread out, but it was no problem at all to remain connected. Each condo was generously equipped with everything we needed. All of the beach equipment included was especially helpful--we didn't have to buy any of it at Costco and then figure out what to do with it when we left. We looked at MANY other properties throughout the island and I am so happy we stayed here. The listing is accurate--however, we think it's better than the photos indicate. Our overall general consensus was this: It was perfect! Can we do it all over again!!

We were disappointed that these condos were not next to each other and so far from the beach. There is no ocean view. The road construction outside the units was also a disappointment.

Aloha Kristin, I am writing to address your recent review, as I would like to clarify some of the points mentioned. I have never advertised the condos as having an ocean view, so I was surprised to see that included in your feedback. Regarding the proximity of the units, they are located on opposite ends of the buildings, resulting in approximately a 30-second walk between them. Additionally, both Shipwreck Beach (fronting the Grand Hyatt) and Poipu Beach are accessible via a 10-minute walk along the greenbelt in opposite directions. Finally, regarding the roadwork, please understand that the county is currently constructing a roundabout for safety reasons, which is unfortunately beyond my control.

Perfect for large group

The 3 condos were just perfect for our group of 27. They are beautifully furnished, have all the kitchen amenities and tons of beach towels, chairs, toys,etc.Comfortable beds & plenty of bathrooms inside with great pools, bbq units and an easy walk to the beach outside.Jennifer is a wonderful host and went above and beyond for our group. Highly recommend this property.

Family Reunion

Great for extended family accommodations. The location was perfect as a central point for our activities around the island. It was a quiet area even with the road nearby and the grounds were very nice. Easy access to beach area with Honu visits nightly.

Beautiful home in Paradise!

This property was beyond amazing! Beautiful furnishings from top to bottom! And lots of considerate details like beach toys, towels, and well stocked kitchen! Jennifer responded to every communication and did everything to make our stay comfortable! We will stay here again!

Perfect Family Gathering Place!

This property was amazing! The host Jenn is top notch. This property was great as we had family members from 4 different states come to spend the holiday together. Plenty of room and great location. Quick walk to the beach and centrally located to get around the island. It was nice to come back to and relax each night after exploring for the day. This property has all the right things to make sure the island experience is great.

Wonderful for large family vacation

We went as a large family group to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. Everyone loved their accommodations (3 separate condos) and its proximity to Poipu beach as well as multiple areas of interest on the resort that we had access to. It was great to have everyone be in the same complex but also have a little privacy at the end of the day!
