Get away from the high rises and high costs and bring your family to a roomy, nicely decorated and well kept 2 bedroom, 2 bath, spacious pool side condo (building I) in the well known Sea Oats. The complex is spread out on nine beautifully landscaped acres directly on 700 feet of waterfront of the Little Lagoon with exclusive private beach access only a few steps away Right across the street.
This 1200 square foot condo is one of the nicest units in the complex. It offers a large fully stocked kitchen, dining and living areas with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and washer/dryer in the unit. Living area and both bedrooms open to private balcony directly overlooking one of two Olympic sized pools in the complex (plus two kiddie pools).
The complex offers private boat slips, boat launch, gazebos, benches, picnic tables and grills. Fish from the piers without ever leaving the area (complete with a fish cleaning station)!
Unlike many units, included is a starter supply of hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap and garbage bags. Full linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided and a full size washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hall for your use.
FISH IN THE LAGOON, SWIM IN THE POOL, SUN AT THE BEACH OR PICNIC ON THE GROUNDS - ALL FROM ONE GREAT LOCATION!!

Why they chose this property
Gulf Shores has long been our favorite vacation spot. We fell in love with the Sea Oats complex and had heard from many friends that it was their preferred place to stay.
What makes this property unique
We chose to allow most pets, with prior approval, as we too are animal lovers and always travel with our two dachshunds. Finding a place to accept them can be difficult. We hope you appreciate the added benefit and take care when you do bring your four legged family member to ensure they do not damage the place so that we can continue to offer this benefit.
