Villa Vista del Mar sits only 15 steps from the soft white sands of the Caribbean Sea. Relax in your own spacious beach home with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, 2 rooftop terraces, and a private pool with lounge chairs. The first floor of this home has the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the laundry, and 3 guest bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms. The top floor is where the master suite is located and also the rooftop terrace with access to the second terrace, which sits on the 3rd level of the home.
Villa Vista del Mar resides in the gated beachside community of Playacar Phase 1 and is only a short 15-minute stroll to 5th Avenue.

We moved from Boston to Playa del Carmen, Mexico in 2008 and we haven't looked back since. We came originally on vacation and saw the opportunity to open a successful property management company. Within 3 months of returning from vacation we had quit our jobs, sold everything (except our condo and car) and drove 4,500 miles from Boston to Playa with our 2 miniature schnauzers. We absolutely love Mexico. The food is fantastic - we eat out often, enjoying a variety of cuisines in one of a kind establishments, most of which are within walking distance of our condo. We have formed a large circle of friends, mostly retired expats, and even host Thanksgiving with usually more than 50 attendees! For Halloween a group of 20+ friends come over, all dressed in costume and we hit 5th Avenue and hand out candy to all the children. It is the most fun day of the entire year! When we are not working, Matt enjoys working out, reading, playing bridge, cooking gourmet meals and visiting the beach. Why they chose this property
This is the most popular spot in Playa - a private gated community with stand alone homes. The beach is vast with soft white sand and turquoise waters and is only about 100 steps from your front door. I also love the roof deck with ocean view.

You are renting from a professional property management company located in Playa del Carmen called North American Standards. Taking care of you and the property is our full time job and it's our goal to help ensure you have as an enjoyable vacation in paradise as possible. We offer a bilingual staff (English and Spanish) and well as a full time concierge who will meet and greet you. Our concierge can help you plan anything from tours and transportation to baby sitting and restaurant recommendations.
