3/2 Heated Private Pool, 5 Min to Beach
Sleeps 10, Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, vacation rental home with private fenced in and heated in-ground pool, AC, heat, Wi-Fi and smart TV included with cable. Home is located a block off of the inter-coastal and is fully furnished and includes all appliances, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and outdoor grill.
All linens are included, as well as beach towels.
Home has a kitchen, dining, living, and Florida room. Master bedroom, with private master bath, has a queen size bed and has Direct TV, second bedroom has 2 queen size beds with TV/DVD player, and last bedroom has 2 full size beds. Couches in living room and Florida room have full size pull-outs.
Home is walking distance to a playground, Walgreens, some wonderful restaurants, a Finnish bakery, and tennis courts. We are 1 mile to the ocean and beaches with restaurants, parking, shops, etc. House has 2 parking spots in front of a detached garage (garage is unavailable for use, as used for private storage), and parking is allowed on the street. Two hours to Disney, Epcot and Seaworld. Twenty minutes to West Palm and 1 hour to Miami. 15 Minutes from West Palm airport. Many local attractions.
Prior to departure please ensure that the dishwasher has been run off, and if possible please start a load of towels, as the housekeepers have limited time between guests, and this will assist them as they turn-over the home. If there have been any dishes, etc taken into the yard please return them to the home. If you are departing prior to trash pick-up on Tuesday or Friday please put the trash bin at the end of the driveway.

Family I would say is very important, and that is why I got into managing there properties. I love giving guests a place to travel with their families that feels like a home away from home. I pride myself on being available by phone or text right away and if anything needs to be addressed I address it as quickly as I can, even if it involves me catching a flight or having our handyman out the same day.

Why they chose this property
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is still close to everything we can need, at most a 15 minute drive to outlet malls, the center of West Palm, or a ton of different beaches. The neighborhood is near a main road, but still feels like this quiet oasis in the city. Easy to walk at night, or take the kids to the playground or the tennis courts that are half a mile from the house. The ocean is only a mile away and has plenty of parking in the paid parking lot, or there are free parking areas within just a few miles.
My parents chose the house because of the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the gorgeous private fenced in pool. Over the first year they owned the home they completely redid the kitchen, refinished the floors, painted throughout and replaced the roof to a tile roof. Within the last year they retiled around the pool out onto the walk-ways, and side and front steps. The shrubs around the pool have also grown in making it feel like an amazing oasis with plans to improve the area even more over the next few years.
My family loved the area so much that my brother even bought the house directly next door which I also manage as a vacation rental.

The house stands out for sure because of the pool, but another feature that I love is the master bathroom directly off of the pool deck, with a shower that is big enough that I can get in with my sons to help them wash off after being in the pool all day.
Another great feature is even though the house is "small" there still feels like there is plenty of space for a large group, and people won't feel like they are all just on top of each other. The kids love the pool area, with the "beach" area next to it, and then for those with pets there's a small grass area inside the fenced in pool area.
