My guest and I all received tickets on our cars while getting ready to check out. I contacted the host and was told he would correct this. There were clothes from previous guest left in the bedrooms. The oven rack was broken and dropped as we were trying to cook our food. We had no towels or wash clothes and had to wash and dry them so we could take showers. The dirty wash clothes and towels were all in the laundry room. The mop was broken to mop anything up and smelled. I paid extra to get in early which was for the cleaning people to clean good to allow us in early. The grill outside was dirty we had to clean it our selves The communication with the host was great until I had complaints. I gave him the opportunity to contact me back after he had a personal issue and I never heard from him again.
