Possui smartv, wi-fi, móveis novos, ótimos colchões, ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, todos os itens de cozinha, utensílios gerais, possui serviço de praia e está perto de tudo. Na rua do prédio tem padarias, cafés, restaurantes, lojas, etc. Eu me senti em casa. Porteiros atenciosos e simpáticos. Proprietária muito gentil. Quando tiver uma folga voltarei com certeza!
