The owner has a guest house in the back of the property line, but that tenant has their own entrance through the driveway. That guest house has its own private patio that is also enclosed and separate from yours.

My family and I stayed here while we had a celebration of life for my father and we loved this house! It’s very clean and Adam was a great host. The scenery of this place is unmatched, hundreds of trees that look so gorgeous during sunset and sunrise! It is also close to almost everything in LA so if you are thinking of booking, I recommend it!!

Great house for our family of 6. 4 VERY functional bathrooms added to the experience with a weekend full of events and 3 women getting ready. EVERYTHING works as it should in this house and this is rare from my experience. Pretty yard and very nice neighborhood. Can’t go wrong especially at the price point of 800 ish. 2 parking spots free and clear and this is slightly limiting. The host Adam couldn’t be nicer. He goes out of his way to be helpful and yet keeps an appropriate distance.
Purple flowers showered the van. Super cool

We had an event on March 7, 2026 at the LA County Museum of arts. Located this property with plenty of parking 4 bathrooms 3 bedrooms with a swimming pool. The budget was perfect and location is very central. The is property is clean old world charm, cozy and comfortable with an absolutely amazing exotic tree collection surrounding the property. The neighborhood felt very safe and was full of charm, very friendly lots of good mornings good evenings by neighbors. Adam met us at the property and walked us through thoroughly and was a phone call away from any problem or question. We will definitely be back staying on this property for our next event in the area.

This is the best house, stay, location and host we have ever had! The front yard and backyard are just so pretty and relaxing! I even took a dip in the pool!Adam went way above & beyond to make sure everything was great. He even purchased and set up a bed in the den for my Mom who couldn't use the stairs to the upper level bedrooms.. Our dog fell in love with him, too, and Adam made sure our pup was comfortable, happy and safe while we attended some events.It was just a perfect stay! So glad we booked this home & met Adam! We can't wait to rebook this beautiful home in such a lovely neighborhood. 1000% recommend!!! Thank you, Adam, for hosting & sharing this gorgeous home with us.Jennifer

The house was loaded with personal items. Food in refrigerator Personal medications around. House packed The owner did not disclose that he lived there. He stated he was saying in the ADU in back of property He was very present the whole time. He and his friends were at the house the entire time. Owner came into house while we were there unannounced. He started some sort of construction project Sat am with drilling and banging. No notice to us. We left early because my family felt he was creepy and violating our privacy. He stated he would reimburse us for the last night and has now ghosted us! Terrible stay
