The space
With a 1,031 SQ feet and their private backyard, this is one of the few units in the complex with those characteristics, besides having a bbq grill. Less than a minute walk to the clubhouse and the pool which is heated on winter.
NOTE: There is 3 steps down from the parking lot to get into the condo.

I will provide:
2 soap bars per bathroom
2 paper rolls per bathroom
2 0.7 Oz shampoo and conditioner per bathroom
1 paper towel in the kitchen
6 Bath towels
4 Beach towels
4 Hand towels
4 Wash towels
Trash bags and dishwasher detergent will be provided as well

4 complementary 16.9 oz bottles of water

Cleaning supplies are in the storage room.

The property has 3 sparkling pools (2 heated in the winter).

Carpets, rugs and sofas are washed and cleaned by a professional company whenever someone checks in.
Also, the condo is sanitized.
