Unique Cathedral View from Your Private Balcony

Wake up with the Cathedral right in front of you. This apartment has something no other in the building offers: two private balconies with a direct view of the Zócalo. Ideal for having a morning coffee or an evening drink with colonial architecture as your backdrop.

The space features two spacious bedrooms with views of the Cathedral, a living room with two sofas, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one full bathroom. Above the living room, there is a mezzanine (loft) with bunk beds and a workspace. Total capacity: 9 guests.

Regarding the bathroom: although there is only one, we designed it so that the toilet, shower, and sink are physically separated. This allows multiple people to use it simultaneously, which is very practical for groups.

The Smart TV includes Netflix and YouTube. There is no conventional television signal.

There are 27 steps from the central patio. The building does not have an elevator.

Being literally in front of the Zócalo, this apartment is at the epicenter of Puebla's life. There is music from restaurants, events in the square, and the constant pulse of the city. It is the small price for being right in the heart of the Historic Center! If you are very sensitive to noise, you can ask about other options we have to offer you.

The apartment floor is very old. Although it has been restored, some areas may show marks consistent with centuries of wear and tear. It is not dirt; it is history.

During hot days, especially in spring and summer, the apartment can get warm.

We do not have air conditioning, but we have provided household fans for your comfort.

We do not have parking. We will share nearby options with you upon confirming your reservation.
